Good article ND. One detail in there though is the russian uranium ban (hr 1042) has been passed easily by the house already back in december. It would probably have passed the senate as well except that senator Ted (cruz?)they mentioned blocked a vote due to a unrelated protest over a uranium downwind contamination compensation bill.
Ted's bill has recently passed the senate, so I'm assuming he is now supportive of the bipartisan russian ban bill.
I'm having trouble finding out when that senate vote on hr 1042 is scheduled to happen, but I think it is the last piece of the legislative puzzle for Silex and gle.
