What a lot of people have been doing for a while now is trying to sell at 0.5c with the intention of buying back the same holding in the rights issue at 0.4c. Until the issue is done there will be this overhang unless there is substantial news in the meantime. The last announcement was substantial in my book but they still have several weeks to announce something very subsatntial. With the issue underwritten there is now no danger of MSC biting the dust before they can fill the orders already there. There should also be many more orders to come.
