    Assuming the 62,000,000 new shares are inclusive of the 3,666,667 issued to Directors, is it a good thing or bad?

    I am leaning towards a good thing as it at least guarantees funding for the next year.
    However I am left wondering if there is any lock up period for the new shares - if not the temptation would be to sell and pocket the free 16% return immediately and then buy back in.
