    It's been to 16 twice in the lasst couple of months and shunted back just as quickly but I believe support in the marketplace is building .There hasn't been any real buying momentum but someone has been soaking this for a while..the news is ok with the promise of things to come Definitely sit tight , it'll go up at some stage
