You're correct - nothing happens at directions hearings! Every time it's in for directions a number of people get excited and expect some sort of result, suggesting we will hear something in relation to this litigation in the short term. I speak from the legal industry but all you have to do is google "directions hearing" to learn what it is.

The only issue with exciting people with the possibility of an announcement post directions is that it won't happen, and the result is that more SHs feel disappointed. Our friends being (even more) disappointed in a company in which we have all invested is not good for any of us.

In any event and IMHO, very shortly most of these threads will be of little concern to any of us... $$$
