I get excited as I think it's worth gambling a a half million dollar boost to a bottom line that is only single figure multiples of this would spike a share price.

There's no way they would be in the supreme court appealing a decision if they were going to lose as it would be cost prohibitive so an exercise in stupidity. A loss on this one would mean a reversal of more than $1.2 million so it will be good to get it out of the way.

$0.5 million lost on claim + $.3 million on original decision ( see Jan Quarterly)+ $0.5 million estimated in outstanding royalties from 2013 to 2017 (see Prospectus pg 63 and use a calculator) which would be back on the table if it's a loss.

I would not be thinking highly of management if it's a loss AND then they make a "company making" announcement which does not include a ready cash flow.

In short I can't see this going south as if it did it would speak volumes as to the fiduciary abilities of management.
