I had massive issues with this when it was first raised because at the time a loss would have bankrupted the company (look at the balance sheet for 2012-13) hence my emails to a director at the time. Be good to have it sorted because 3% gross ripped out of any company spells a big cut in any future dividend for a shareholder. Pretty sure the company cant wait to be able to make an announcement on this as it will be quite a material boost in many ways.
