I think I'm being quite conservative.
The quarterly states:
"SMN claims it's entitled to repayment of previously paid royalties of approximately $435000....."
I would guess that the costs that get stuck to this, given it's from an action relating back some years (OptionTraderMGR previously posted some details about this), I'm guessing that the costs will be a fair whack.
Half a million dollars back in the coffers would be great.
Hopefully this week BUT who knows with directions in the Supreme Court it may take a bit longer to recoup that cash.
