It is an excellent article for sure, but I am a little surprised to read Bruce Higgins quoted saying "Redflex is installing camera units at about 15 a month, as I thought they were now up around 20 per mth". B.H. being conservative I guess.
The opening line in bold type by writer Brett Foley is very good ie "After a long and costly nadir, Redflex is finally shining on an international scale". Should help the s.p.on Monday
