My take on the present situation is this, based on what the Company gave TCW for a 12 month loan of $150ml,
15 million shares, To raise the rest they would need to issue another 75mil shares at least in effect diluting existing shareholders shares by half.
You say that you have spoken to management what is their take on all this. Am I right to think that this is the case, must say very tempted to buy more at these very low prices. Then again tomorrow may see them slip even lower.
