The built up anticipation will no doubt cause the SP to shoot when it finally happens, but in terms of reducing risk or adding intrinsic value to the company it is completely irrelevant

You're right that the 42c price is arbitrary if you look at it rationally! But as you know markets aren't always rationale, they are emotional, and a lot of people will look at the 42c high and use that as a target that they think is valid, and then it may just become a self fulfilling prophecy

So in a way twinpeaks could be right, N listing won't make PRR worth 42c overnight, but it may take it there.
