    LOL!! Just. Read. Your. Post. The average tax cut was $2,940. How many staff could you employ for that? If that’s the average, then probably half the businesses received less. Gosh, 51% of businesses just banked (which almost certainly meant reduced borrowings) a measly pittance which isn’t worth five minutes considering what to do with it.
