    Still don't have an announcement as to why?

    Possibilities.

    1. There was a conflict of interest.
    2. They didn't agree
    3. They didn't want to have to answer any misconduct
    4. They all were going on a long cruise together.
    5. They didn't like their shares becoming worthless.

    Any ideas?
