Annual zinc TCs between Teck and Korea Zinc have been agreed at just below $300/mt, they also have price sharing arrangements where smelters and miners share the upside and downside from price movements from here. This agreement is usually used as the benchmark for other annual agreements (like NCZ has with its customers)
In some positive news the spot TCs have dropped to $260/mt for sales in China.
Given the majority of the volumes seem to be going to Korea Zinc and Nyrstar (Trafigura) smelters it is likely that TCs will be closer to $300 for this year for NCZ.
Unfortunately for NCZ its probably too little too late.
