imho - great - can do not harm - won't suck up much money on the scale of things - if they win, which is very possible - even better.
Maybe some of you folks who are negative about it should look at eug. (I do hold stock in it. Not suggesting you buy in) Legal action CAN work, and can take LESS time than expected.
