the company has the announce a change/decrease in revenue of greater the 15% ? If you think about what you have written it does not make any sense, in respect of the term "revenue". You might be getting confused with the requirement that if a company give's profit guidance and they expect a material deviation ( 15% or greater ) they must update the market. Tempo has given no guidance and is not under any obligation to update the market.
