    The auditor does have a good understanding of the company.

    On behalf of Nexia Court and Co as a partner he was doing the audit for CTO, and continued on in the role when joining KS Black and Co as a partner.

    So I would imagine that if by now he was not happy with the accounts then that would have surfaced and he would have stopped doing the audit.
