Doug- you are right . POHs expenditure is tracking to a tight and carefully planned budget. They intend to get Oxy up with cash in hand and have the potential to receive additional cash to bolster reservers thru Themis License and other projects nearing commercialisation. This not an area of concern for POH at this time thankfully. Plenty of other bios would like to be in POHs position.
