I am always a little pessimistic, as I hate being disappointed.   On that note I have to say that the last reported dose sales were below my estimate.  The numbers were 10,252 and, from memory,  I had forecast 10,340 (unfortunately I can't find my estimate).   Luckily, there were some other factors that made the profit look better than perhaps it should.

If dose sales this half are below, say, 5940, it would mean that Gilman's growth forecasts are not proving accurate to date.   Without the other mitigating impacts I would guess that this would impact forward p/e ratios and SP.
