Busy with the market live, so will keep this short.

Results look fine to me, slow and steady.

Cash flow could be a bit better, but as mentioned its cyclical favouring the 2nd half (which is why 1st half div always less than 2nd half).

Importantly for me, 2nd half EPS expected to be up on the prior period, so we should see small EPS growth for 2012.

No debt

Dividend yld will be greater than 9.1% fully franked.

Added significantly to my position today.
