It is because it is a PTY LTD operation in reality.
I bet if there was a fund involved with a 5% stake the level of corporate accountability would be increased.
Instead we get sh*t news one day and people bail and then like clockwork we get the Mt Oscar result (or some other positive news) the next day.
Shareholder wealth is negative over the last 12 months.
Employee wealth is positive.
What is the point of this new director on the board? What tangible "thing" has he done in the last 12 months other than suck out directors fees?
