Whilst I do like the company, I'm really struggling with these financial statements, if someone can help with the following, it would be much appreciated:

1. I struggle to see how you can write off goodwill only two months after raising money and coming out with a market sensitive announcement around contract wins. Add to this, the contingent consideration (remains on the balance sheet) with mgt saying they still believe they will meet their $1.9m NPAT.

To make this worse, if they have written off goodwill, they won't make the incentive profit of $1.9m therefore the $300k should have been reversed. I should also add that the shareholders agreement specifically states Audited Net Profit After Tax - before anyone suggests that it's a normalised amount

2. They mention they will pay out 80% of profits however if they have written off goodwill, there won't be any profits, add to that there are no retained profits so I can't see how they can pay a dividend this year.
