I posted this earlier in the other thread.
I would think some were expecting to hear re contracts for defense. Defense have been releasing some contract details for militiary expenses in the last few days. Including the contract for BAE systems Australia for Land Based units which I think some thought may head this way or at least partially.

The drop in price has been higher since these announcements anyway so seems to be a bit of the reason.
Means we have to wait to 2018 for Australia as we missed this round.
