Yes - it could do. I have not given up on the spec U sector either; I only hold a few now, plus I remain bullish in Feb/March across the boards. I have never held BLR.

What has made me have a second look at them is that both ELK and BLR are in Wyoming with a heavweight shareholder in common, plus elements of the same or prev. Boards.

Thoughts of JVs or networking come to mind but are only an outside possibility.
