    My thoughts are that I largely agree with you. I have followed ICQ for years, speculated once in 2017, but have largely been disappointed.

    Current facility is risky, cash flow is negative throughout what has been a couple of years of okay top line growth, the company is operating in jurisdictions that are not as safe as the likes of Aus / NZ / UK / US etc... I cannot help but think that there is a lot more downside risk in ICQ than upside risk. Long way from being breakeven...

    Because the loan to Catcha is on such bad terms, as I have stated before, there is a high risk of a dilutionary capital raising... In the current climate, and given ICQ MAY need to raise, could come at a discount greater than 30% below the current SP... That's my thinking...

    I cannot believe they are still demanding a market cap of $140M...
