Although it is usually positive that the major shareholders are buying, there is a danger in this case for minority shareholders in that the major shareholders when they control 75% of the shares they can then do a 'Scheme of Arrangement' and essentially compulsorily acquire the remaining 25% for any stingy price they like.
Both of the two major groups have been buying under the 'creeping' rules that let's them acquire 3% each every six months.
I haven't been able to work out if the third shareholder group(Allied Overseas Properties)with 15.15% is additional to or included with the second group(Allied Group). The second mention of Sincere View is definitely a mistaken entry.
