Nut, thanks for that, it's quite interesting although I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly.

I assume that the "Allied" group, plus the "Sincere View" group and the "Ting" group together own about 72m shares or just over 50% of the total of 138.84m shares.

The Allied group have added about 4.55m shares this year and the Sincere View group about 5.9m shares so they are serious about the company.

I'm not sure that we should be concerned about a "Deed of Arrangement" yet but it's something we could keep in mind. Does the Board have to agree to it? Where did you find the details of the deed and the 75%?
