I agree that the type of incident is probably not isolated to JHC, and I agree about the importance of training and education for front-line staff to increase the skill set to handling elderly with dementia.

However my point was more about the response by the Board/ senior management to the incident, and what it tells us about the values, integrity, and skill set, of those running the company - I would interested in your comments.
