Thats why i tried to find if there was any statement from management, but couldn't seem to find anything, prob due to privacy reasons again!! Elder abuse is hardly new and in a highly regulated sector like aged care, there is already tons of guidelines, policies and reporting mechanism in exist, i'm talking about direct report to department of health. This incident will be no different.
To answer your question, I believe the management won't tolerate any of this, how they will manage to tackle this and restore the image i don't know and would like to find out.
