I think you hit the nail on the head. Patersons allude to integration problems and a lack of control. I seem to remember reading on this thread about some problems in the USUS business and a senior management departure.
This has led to a bit of a loss in confidence in overall control of the business. No doubt Lange has sorted these problems out and put the necessary controls in place. When trading conditions improve in my opinion growth will resume.
