Directors are sticking with their strategy..well they would say that . but they are unwilling to provide guidance outside asserting " profitability in upcoming quarters". Perhaps they have realised that their management of the 6+ acquistions has been poor ...and their acquisition consideration - mainly in cash- has been too generous with too few conditions on the vendors. One of them said to me recently " well I've got my cash!'' He serves on some advisory commitee with presumably some modicum of interest in the ongoing success of the venture? It suggests some recklessness in the acquistion process. And now that the M&A execution is suspect there will be a question mark over the entire strategy.
