Funding in institutional credit markets -to achieve the commercial production atm is extremely tough and even with marquis projects with proven resources,simple flowsheet,reliable established power, excellent mgt, and permitting ..that the world actually cannot do without (Ie copper).One such is still tied up up in data room for 2 years…….
