The announcement out today on the half year accounts have the following sentence from the board that I agree with.
"We believe that the current unit price does not reflect the underlying value of the Trust’s
portfolio of high quality properties, which is underpinned by a diversified rental income stream
sourced from high quality tenants and a healthy occupancy level and lease expiry profile."
By the way, tomorrow it goes ex distribution.
