'performance ' rights should just be that, reward for performance. They should thus be tiered based on incremental share price rather than a large dump at a price slightly over the current share price (of which has been hit several times recently).
I'm not saying the guys who have been working for PLS for some time don't deserve them, but KB just joined and is on 350k a year. Give some hurdles to reach and not just the 40c mark. It's hardly a performance hurdle at the present time.
