I have never hidden my disappointment in PLS management.  Yes I have a choice, keep the stock or sell it.  I am only keeping it due to the huge resource they have.  People like you keep saying, be happy with the way the SP has risen over the past 12 months, and yes I am happy with that.  However, the SP wouldve risen with any management running this company, its risen due to the resource, not the performance of management, IMO.  I believe with other people running this company, the SP may well have been over 40c or even 50c by now.  Its been stuck in the 3oc (sometime lower) for close to 6 months now.  To me, they have made more mistakes then achievements.  To me, they are only looking after themselves with additional shares.  Like you, I agree people should be rewarded, but they have already been rewarded with shares prior to this and are also paid decent money too.  Why should they get more when their performance hasnt been that great, especially the last 6 months.
