Your underlying intimation seems to me to be that management is taking more than it should which you disguise as 'I am confused'
I am more than happy for any of the people who are
making things happen to get some sweeteners.
Some people are quite happy to take large multi bag profits whilst at the same time criticising the company Directors for getting share issues.
I think that sometimes investors isolate their 'rights' to make a squillion while simultaneously penny pinching on paying our company management some incentive opportunities and rewards.
You can't have it both ways.
Please sell out if your profit increases above that which is ''reasonable''
