I agree with you AM. Performance options should always carry a strike price considerably higher then the current SP. Hence the "performance" aspect. They should not be handed out to someone just for turning up to work each day and doing their job like the rest of us.
This is something that has crept into ASX listed companies I really do not like.
In fact I think it's disgraceful.
However, PLS are not the only ones so we cannot single them out.
Investors don't complain about it so they get what they deserve.
Until holders take it seriously it will only get worse.
