In this market Cmw is IMHO doing really well but the fact that the SP has not moved is an indication of the suspicion the market has about property trusts generally.
I certainly will be keeping a close watch on the sector for some signs of stabilisation befor jumping aboard. income returns in excess of 20% are a real temptation especially since they have no refinancing concerns until late 2011. In the long term capital gain will also be a real possibility
