Your basic problem is you don't know whether you can trust Palm Tree when he makes assertions but you are then dissapointed when he doesn't tell you more ( which you're not sure you could trust anyway ?).
And your apprehensive about Stewart Elliot owning 50% of the company because 'large holders can't get a slice ' of the other 800 odd mil shares in the Company and also you're not sure you can trust him to successfully run the Company he owns.
Mate , go and read a Company report.
Stop posting vague dribble.
