So now your points are -

1. If the sp goes up Stewart Elliot will get richer.
2. He may want to sell shares at some stage and realise a profit.

Earlier you were concerned Insto's wouldn't like the fact he had too many shares and controlled the Company. Now you're worried they won't like him selling some shares and reducing his interest.

I'm pretty sure his shares are included in the current register . At the moment they are worth 23c each, the good news is when his shares get to be worth $4 ,yours will be also ( and i'm sure he won't complain if you sell some ).

You are right to be concerned about Stewart's health and i think the best way to protect your ( our ) investments would be if you could ring him weekly and make sure he is excercising and eating well.
