Nice to see that you're convinced they will see evidence of things progressing, and including a link. I guess that's my worry, the no news is good news and "as things were right last meeting its fair to assume they will be next meeting" is particularly dangerous in this current market.
Opinion stated as fact or certainty needs to be questioned, or the alternative is just trust it and take a punt.
