Looking at long term cycles (you are talking 10 years) we are actually still quite expensive.
Looking at the fundamentals the new managment needs to change their act.
I am sure they will at some stage, either provide a better product or sell it better but until investors are convinced about that, I still think we are on a downwards cycle.
