The "up to" was removed BECAUSE the deal is actually worth more.
As QTK will receive royalties forever on the transponders.
That is ALSO in ASX releases.

The most recent ann's clearly indicate that the contract is "Up To". Haven't ever seen Smuggler apologise or admit he is wrong. He is clearly incorrect this time.
