Remember this is an engineering company that receives money based on its projects. One or two big projects can easily increase earnings quite massively.
Revenue for RCR has been increasing nicely, they just need to increase their profit margin. That I believe is on the cards. New contracts signed will be at a higher net profit.
We still need to flush out the old contracts over the next 12 months. Earnings of 18cps very likely, 22cps still possible.

They are on track to have Revenue of $480 Million.
Up from $361 Million Last Year.

Way oversold.
