Don't worry about the going cocern statement,they always put that in,it is not a problem,as Mik has been in worse shape than this.
Th e concern is,what else have they been doing?? They are trying to do so much at once,that maybe a lot of things are about to drop. Breaking into new ground like this takes time,& it only needs a couple of successes to be off & running. Matt B. seems to be pretty good,so the story is.......have patience!
They won't run out of money before 6 months,so hopefully soon they will be cash positive.
