The MIN paddle tube reactor proved more efficient regarding graphite production, but who knows what the performance of the Mk2 FBR will be.
Regarding the stagnant SP, they do say "when in May, go away", Both the SP and volumes seem to confirm this. I'm already overweight with this stock and I presume most other shareholders are too, therefore not buying or selling, so probably left to the day traders to work.
