You've got a company that has been sold at a P/E ratio of 10 when the market is running around at 15. Where's the premium? that's a discount.

They've got over $10m in the bank with an NTA of 38c up 20% in 6 months.

The danish pastry boys picked up a company that is turning over $35m, netting around $5m, for $20m (stripping out the NTA).

You needed us to send you a letter for this basic investing knowledge?

The board have done shareholders an incredible dis-service by accepting this bid. At least an independent expert should have been appointed. If this board could see issues moving forward then why give such a glowing outlook at the AGM? I was there and that's exactly what it was - glowing.
