You may or may not be right, but at the end of the day, the deal will be done, so what's to be gained by venting off steam??
The DIrectors are selling at the same price as you, so you should relax and trust that they know the business well enough to accept only a fair deal. I'd have liked more too, but it's not happening. End of story.
