It certainly is a product of the ever decreasing share price which is a result of a decade of failure of not even getting close to targets and overly optimistic announcements such as "Citigold enters $72 million Agreement" & "Citigold successfully raises $100 million" & " $50 Million Investment in Citigold to Fund Development" & "$30 million Exploration Joint Venture Agreement"
Not to mention all the announcements containing the words 11Million ounces of gold, and 5year plans etc etc. and endless SPP's and capital raisings diluting the value of shareholders, from 350mill shares when I first started trading this company till the present 1.7 Billion shares now on issue!
