I just read it and this is all that it said about the aquisistion.
"In addition, during the half-year the company investigated acquisition opportunities to further broaden the company's product range and provide sustainable revenue and profit growth. This resulted in the company announcing it had entered into a condidtional heads of agreement for the acquisition of the data services business of ericsson new zealand."
